We restrict the viewing of background checks to authorized personnel only. One of the techniques that the site uses to validate your identity is a process called Dual Authentication.
When dual authentication is turned on, the user is required to enter in a secondary 6-digit pin number that can only be accessed via email or cell phone.
This authentication is only necessary to view an applicant's results. A normal user still has the ability to monitor the statuses of the applicants, and perform maintenance duties.
To enable authentication, just click the Enable Authentication button from the Account Management screen
To disable authentication, just click the Disable Authentication button from the Account Management screen
