Account Lockout

If you try to access your Inquiries Screening account unsuccessfully 10 times, you will be locked out of your account and have to wait one minute before you can try to access your account again.

When this happens you will have to wait a minute before you try to Log in, Inquiries will not have access to your account to unlock it.
